Overnight in Nantwich

After our lovely afternoon exploring Nantwich we decided to stay the night at our mooring just outside town. It must have been a cold night, because when we woke in the morning there was frost on the grass beside the canal and our breath fogged the air. Walking along the canal was chilly but also very pretty with the mist rising from the water and the sun touching the leaves on the trees. We loved looking at all the different boats, most of them beautifully decorated and with flowers or vegetables growing in tubs on the roof.
