The Cotswolds

After two days driving around the villages that make up this stunning part of England, I think I am a little bit in love with this area. Every village has something different to offer and all of them are absolutely beautiful with their golden limestone buildings, and to top it off, the golden leaves on the trees add a magical touch. I would hate to have to pick out a favourite village, so here are some of my favourite photos instead. It’s great having a car, but we are also very much enjoying walking around the villages and following paths through farmland and forest, following streams between villages. It feels a bit like walking around in a story book.
